I have an old dual core with a 6770 and 500 GB hard disk.  Was thinking of installing linux with Bitcoin mining so that I can use it as a Linux machine for practice and also do some Bitcoin mining.  I remembered seeing some tutorials, just wondering anyone has a link to a tutorial that can teach this?
