Hi, new member here.

I think I just locked myself out of BTC-e after resetting my iphone. I use two factor authentiction (google authenticator), and when I reloaded the app on my phone/google account, it would not work with my BTC-e account.

I have no idea what to do, It seems my itunes has already written over my old phone backups with this new install, so I have no way of getting my old phone back to use that google authentication. It is all with the same google account, so I dont know why it isnt working.

Has anyone has experience with this issue?

Did you write to the BTC-e support ? There may be some procedure for turning off the 2FA

tired of identical bitcoin forks? try out BCN - no ASICs, no transaction tracking https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=512747.0

If you do not have any backup codes for your google authenticator, you can only contact the btc-e support now...
