Post your experience within SEO, and you might have a shot.
Post any previous websites you have marketed or built up. Right now you are asking for someone to potentially work for free for nothing in return if your SEO skills are not up to par.
Even if you are doing the SEO, You may need to offer more. Be more specific on the funding and initial investment you wish to put into this company. Just providing your SEO skills with nothing else besides buying a few $20/m services shouldn't value yourself at 40% equity/ownership.

First of all SEO is NOT the only thing I'm going to provide. I'm also going to provide revenue source, i.e. ads. Moreover, as of yet, I have NOT seen skill set of any developer who is willing to work on % basis. Everyone is PMing me for fixed rate, but it is a project that requires continuous update as Alts will come in & go. So, unless I see the work of any developer, who is interested in % sharing, I dont need to post my SEO or as such marketing capability for a public scrutiny.
