Because of multiple double spending attacks, we were forced to establish 1 confirmation deposits.
Players can see pending amount in balance, but it'll be credited after 1 network confirmation. To withdraw funds we require 2 confirmations on all players deposits.

0 confirmation deposits are simply too vulnerable to exploits.

Now the part about getting last 2 digits of betID is tricky, since it can be not truly random and a player can try to hit it manually, but if we take it as truly random it will be 1/100. So, the chance of winning jackpot is 1/50000 * 1/100 = 1/5000000 or 1 to 5 million. In the last 30 days there were 36,5 million bets and 6 jackpots, so my calculation seems to be correct.

thats right but there is however a little more dificulty to concern.

the winning clause , if you say play for years at payout 492x you have 0% chance for jackpot

you cover lower than 100 or higher than 99899 -- you cant win with result 7777 77777
