As an investor, I agree with you that the rain bot should be abolished. I also suggest that a small compensation for their hard work go to the moderators. This could easily be managed with the savings from the rain bot removal.

Don't think that's the point of their message, they want more for themselves and less for others.
FYI: Rains are not funded by investors, all rainbot funds are based on donations from either the site (the 30% cut taken from investments) or users themselves.

I dont want to offend anyone but it would be more plesant if the mods would keep in mind that they are representing the site and therefore have to be a bit more tolerant to the users.

Hello my name is Moderator accountant, I would like to express my personal opinion on some of the the complaints regarding the chat and the rainbot/faucet rewards.

We always try to be as respectfull as possible, a bit of sarcasm and trolling might come around every once in a while (from both users and moderators) but it is always in the comedic sense, without any ill intent.

If a moderator were to behave in a way you think he/she shouldn't please send an email to support so the administrators can review your complaint.


We do get to the highest rank without completing all of the faucet requirements but:

1) We do get the general rank but that does not mean we get the maximum faucet level, I certainly don't :p
2) We devote a lot of our free time on working to optimize the site and creating an enjoyable and convenient gambling environment. If there isn't another moderator available to take over when we want to take a break or sleep, we stay awake untill there is another mod/adm to take over, even If that means we don't get sleep that night and go straight from chat moderating to our dayjobs. Just so you can get you as close to 24/7 chat support as possible with the team that we have.

Even if we did get rewarded for that with extra rainbot rewards or the maximum faucet level (we don't). We spend almost all of the coins we get from rainbot or the faucet on hosting chat games, giving away lottery tickets, or put it back into rainbot. So I don't see why someone would feel the need to complain about moderators getting rainbot/faucet rewards.
