 Really enjoyed the style and set up unfortunately when i went to the chat for help i Come Across a Angry Mute Happy MOD on the ROAD to ask about Investing and why i was their i got an unexplained 1111 min mute that changed to 300min, yes i may have broken a rule i still dont know what exactly i broke i didnt look, i did ask
and was shown a VERY hostile MOD even after asking for help investing and a reason for the mute, i was given cheek, threatened  to just drop the topic or else be muted again.. i began talking to another friendlier user and got thrown the rules book again then muted for 1000mins .... took 4 mins chat to get first mute and 10 mins for second mute.. its really sad when MODS don't understand their job is to make it welcoming and provide help and direction to make the chat enjoyable and site an enjoyable experience

i come with a half a coin to invest and left with a sour taste to return where i just left from...
i will mystery shop again in a week... and reconsider my invest... no point investing when the Staff are running new member out...

About chat: Despite multiple instructions and warnings to read chat rules you keep ignoring them.
Also you have to understand that moderators are also humans. When couple of guys are on purpose making mod's life difficult, moderator will eventually lose temper and mute someone who just came on chat. He would not receive a mute (or would receive a few minutes long one) in the normal circumstances. I'll talk with our mods about this topic, but as far as I see all your mutes were right in place.
