So funny what just happen to me in the chat box. There was a new guy saying Hi. Just Hi. And i thought, it is against the chat rules that posting short messages in  the chat box. For me trying to be helpful and remind him of the chat rules. I was muted in the chat box for a reason of reminding someone.. LoL I ask myself why? i was just trying to be helpful? did i broke any rules? Nobody warned me that i broke any rules,  why? Its not really a big deal if i got muted because i broke a rules. My point is, i was trying to be helpful and in return i was muted.

I gave you a 1 minute mute to erase your message from chat because you warned someone for saying "Hi".
Mods never warn people for saying "Hi" or "Hello" and that's why you should leave those things up to them. There's certain circumstances where short messages are acceptable.

There's no problem here and you don't have to apologize.
If I wouldn't have been in the middle of a conversation, I would have explained to you that help with the chat rules from players only confuses things.
I'm sorry that you didn't understand that the 1 minute was a warning and meant to signify my opposition to your warning.

This was also cleared up in chat when you came back..

Have those rules changed? Last I was around people were still getting warned even if they just said Hello.

Also it's now been a while since my permanent mute... is there any official reason as to why I was muted?

short story, was at another dice sites chat room and one person mention CG chat. in 2min 4 people said they were banned for life too. Cheesy Cheesy

i must admit. they run the chat room good by socialist standards.

fuck free speech
That must have been a chatroom full of intellectuals  Cheesy

yep all were idiots.

but 3 of them bet 10-20btc a week.

why would you mute whales?

if i had a dice site and a whale wagered 1000btc i would let that guy say anything he wanted in chat.

who gives a fuck about words in a chat words?

now that whale who wagered over 1000 btc at CG doesn't wager anymore at CG cuz you muted him in chat.

i wonder if investors knew that you muted whales what they would say.

you care more about a few words in chat then you do keeping a whale.

We care about the site and want to keep it clean from spam. We don't need a chatbox full of bullshit. We rather have a chat with people chatting normal to each other. The way you speak about "whales" seems like you care only about their money. That's not the right way to approach your customers and definitely not the way to create a good and fair community.

I didn't even mentioned the part where you call them "idiots" and yet you suck up because of their money?

We respect all our users, but if they don't follow the site's rules, they get muted. That, however, doesn't mean they can't keep playing.

fyi: *the guy who wagered 1000 BTC* isn't muted and he's still on CG. We're frenns, you see?

I'm one of the longtime investors on this bankroll and only this site is giving a good profit for a long time maybe because of all these strict rules so I don't have anything to say about muting whales or small players.

I have a suggestion to improve the faucet just a little bit, this shouldn't be too hard to implement if you think it would be useful enough.
It would be great if clicking the 'Claim' button was disabled for as long as the timer is still counting down.

Not that it happens a lot, but sometimes you just accidentally click it when you've already solved the captcha, but the timer is still running.
It would be easy enough to disable the cursor over the button via css (cursor: not-allowed;) while the timer is running.

Wait..a second..Don't want to coach you with the HTML/CSS basics but adding cursor : not-allowed just adds that cross icon overlay on hover of the button and doesn't actually disable the button.To disable the button,an additional attribute "disabled" should be added to the button tag programatically. Like so

<button type="button" disabled>Claim</button>

Sorry Lutpin,you know I'm not a fan of posting such stuff in the official threads.I hope you'll forgive me. Tongue

Should probably be something like this:
Code:
<div class="buttons">
  <a class="button" href="#">Click enabled</a>
  <a class="button disabled" href="#">Click disabled</a>
</div>

Code:
.button.disabled {

}

Idea is nice and we will add it. Thanks. We don't really need code examples... Smiley

Code example was a bit of a backhanded response to Joel, all in good fun though.
Not intended as an actual coding example of course Tongue

I see you've already added it, thanks for that!

I believe every single site want to improve their chat and care about big whale too but if big whale never respect on site rules so I do not think that it is really worth for them to be part of the Crypto-games team or even any of other site. There will be no site want to have this kind of players exist. I do not why you want to have this players, if he spam on your site and make more players out then what is the point of having that big whale
Sacrifice one to save many lifes will be better than save one and sacrifice others

Dang, I really hope that the coin that's currently on top doesn't stay there :p
I wonder why so many people voted for it. Not giving away any spoilers though.

Hope we get more votes for the current second place coin!
