I doubt they will come back with proofs. It's obviously a throwaway account created specifically with the intention of harassing the site where they lost some money because of bad luck. And that is only one of the possible scenarios. They can be also competitors or people paid by competitors, but I don't think that is the case with the poster in question. We've seen it so many times when people come with baseless accusations to a site's thread after losing their money on the site.

I think this should be practiced by every gambling site and, in fact, buy any site where your account can be of some value. It is very rare when normal users want to change their email address, so support would not have much of the additional work to do in the case of implementation of such a practice. In most cases it's hackers who seized control of an account want to change the email associated with it, so this should be made as hard as possible for them to perform.
