The current ETH market cap is 1,166,150 BTC. Has the world gone full retard?  Huh

AUR

Go back to your video game and leave the trading to grown ups...

Being a grown up typically implies to be polite to a reasonable extent. Your opinion is welcomed, but could you try not to insult everyone all the time? It would also be in your interest as it would give more weight to whatever you want to say.

One has to be a complete moron to compare AUR and ETH in any way...

It was in respons to "has the world gone full retard", AUR also had >1 billion market cap at some point. I am not saying they are comparable in any other way though.

WTH is Expanse??

It's a fork clone of ETH. Obviously without much of its own development it has to be worth a lot less than ETH but there still can be some ratio and with ETH seemingly doing 30% per day, it was only a matter of time for Expanse to attract some interest.

Very interesting to see if we break 0.001677.

Concerned that blockchain bloat will lead to centralization? Storing less than 4 GB of data once required the budget of a superpower and a warehouse full of punched cards. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/87/IBM_card_storage.NARA.jpg https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punched_card

Oh haha the Icelandic airdropped coin. Yeah that was pretty retarded too. Not sure how high that went.

Obviously the market caps of XRP (total scam, value 0) and DOGE (extreme inflation, value very low) are equally retarded.

An example of the latter negative effect:  ~20 Manhattanites get killed by stray voltage each year when touching signal poles or street lamps, but this is definitely not news, just a consequence of stratified layers of decaying transmission circuitry dating back to the era of Edison and Tesla.

Same here. Bitcoin main and a (relatively) small stash of Monero. All other altcoins are overvalued (or arent even worth anything).

Poloniex took out this feature months ago, because of some sort of abuse, or potential for abuse. Doesn't really make sense to me, but that's what they say. I asked them about it about a month ago and they said it would be returned soon, but I don't think its high up on their priorities. If you are able to use the API directly, you can change your deposit address that way.

Looks like the ideal setup to break out of this resistance zone (155-168k satoshi).

Daily MACD flipping to green (confirmation will come if the current daily closes):

Lending rates shooting up, so a lot of (possible) fuel:

I've started to notice that people on the trollbox on poloniex are starting to realize what xmr really is and that dash is a scam coin... Idk, I've only been watching for like 10 or so minutes, but it seems people are starting to wake up and starting to realize what Dash really is.

I've got ~3k XMR loaned out at .02%.

That's a teaser rate, to get the suckers shorts hooked (first time is free).

Now I've moved the rest to much higher rates.

Time to squeeze them until they pop.   Cool

Great news! It's actually up to those well known figures who understand the field of crypto to tell others what is good and what is not. Regular people have no clue what a ring signature is and have very vague idea of a private key. Some form of decentralized consensus of what is rubbish and what not is emerging slowly as most of the projects have been released already.

Where is a troll when you need one!

I think primer- should buy more servers so he could mine more coins to dump. Reward is steadily decreasing and it will take some heavy lifting to dump enough for a good feeling at the end of the day.

petertodd sold 50% of his bitcoins in the low 200s in 2015
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/281ftd/why_i_just_sold_50_of_my_bitcoins_ghashio/

and he owns $500 worth of monero? why not have a little more if you really believe in the future of crypto? and if you don't believe in the future of crypto, why even work on it and attend these conferences and be so outspoken about it? how many bitcoins does he even own. probably not many at this point.

another guy who confuses me is Adam Back.
Satoshi e-mailed Adam Back and encouraged him to mine a few blocks of bitcoin with his CPU. Adam Back scoffed at the idea and didn't mine any. why not?

now he talks about bitcoin as if he invented it. on his twitter, he describes himself as the inventor of hash cash and says that bitcoin is just "hashcash with inflation control." lmao.

i would rather see devs with skin in the game. i know fluffypony has a stake in mymonero and the monerodice. and likely owns more than $500 worth of monero.  that's a good thing. because then you know it actually matters to him whether this thing succeeds or not.
