Have you got completely crazy? Monero is literally just about to be added to Coinbase and you randomly decide to dump 100K? lol
You realise Dash will never be on Coinbase right?
Coinbase is getting fucked by regulation anyway. It's true. Many people, including myself, have had their coinbase accounts shut down with no explanation given. The implication seems to be that we sent or received BTC that were "tainted" at some point. Given the fact that coinbase is trying so hard to appease regulators and bureaucrats, I find it very hard to believe they'll ever accept Monero. Monero cant be tainted. If you will use it then Coinbase will have no motive to close your account again. |

Agreed. Here is the simple example: Dollars can't be tainted. Go deposit $100k of loose bills with your US bank and see what happens. Even better, deposit it in slightly sub $10k increments. |

It's kinda fun to compare with the current chart after all these months, but it's not indicative of any voodoo economical magic or intensive chart painting. Oh, by the way guys... I think I know how to stop Dash from rising any more  Just now, I just bought ONE DASH COIN using about $100 worth of bitcoin that I was lucky enough to WIN today, totally unexpected fluke. Easy Come, Easy Go... right? Buying stupid Dash at what may be the TOP of this epic bubble run is definitely a "gamble" more extreme than any casino odds LOL And... EVERY... FREAKING... Heh... well, still down a couple bucks I guess. I dunno exactly. Kinda don't care. I may go and gamble it away on that new dash casino site LOL Or, hey, maybe it's time to buy another one with my JuJu and make a DashCrash again? Oh, who am I kidding? To REALLY make the DashPump bubble finally POP permanently, I'd probably have to buy back ALL the Dash I sold off! Really can't afford that, guys. Sorry LOL P.S. {Edit} By the way, thanks to all for more comments above about my DashPump theory. I guess I said it best myself already in an earlier post, "Can't Win 'Em All", right? I've been assuming that missing out on the Dash rise could mean ultimate crypto investing failure, BUT you guys are right: that'll only be true if Dash succeeds and every other coin (including bitcoin) totally fails! Not likely. So, gotta just let one go once in awhile I guess, and assume overall I'll still be fine with HODL'ing everything else (especially Monero) that I still have. Also selling off Dash before the big rise is only looking like a "mistake" right now: WHEN (not if) the Big Dump comes it's gonna be a Smart Move in hindsight (or at least "neutral" and not really any mistake, LOL) |

Unlike those of us here who are 'deep into' the whole crypto-thing, there's a large contingent of people who know about bitcoin and keep a little IMHO but don't USE it much... not having the time, interest, or inclination to follow ALL the bizarre day to day drama and 'excitement' of this scene. These folks mostly use Coinbase, figure it's like the McDonalds or WalMart of the crypto currency scene, LOL Offering Monero on their site as only the 3rd possible choice (after BTC and ETH) of a coin to buy/hold/use will be a massive vote of credibility and confidence to a huge number of new users, who otherwise may have never bothered to learn about it. This should lead to a pretty healthy, sizeable increase in XMR price... "point enough" for me! |
