Activity not inc since last 3 days

Hello! my post count is 73 , but my activity is 56 only so am stuck on JR member
just wanted to know is there a problem or post is not related to activity
also i am daily active

The activity only goes up on a certain day every 2 weeks... Not sure if it is the same day for everyone. 
But post and activity are not a 1:1 relationship. If you look in I think the 'meta' section you might see some threads where people explain the formula of how/when activity is calculated.

Your activity is calculated this way:
min(time * 14, post_count)
min means it takes the lowest of the 2, the time * 14 or the post_count
time is the amount of 2 week periods you posted in. The 2 week periods reset every other tuesday, and it reset a couple days ago. If you have less posts than your time * 14, your activity and post count will be the same until your post count surpasses activity. YOur activity can never be higher than your post count.

If you wanna trade you can using Escrow and they'll trust you.
It's better to trade with Jr.Member using escrow than with Hero Member without escrow

Nope. It means that the activity will increase every two weeks. The max activity you can get in 2 weeks is 14. Your activity only decrease every 116 years which doesn't matter for a human being.

Persons will advertise their contents in our signature slot. For example, look mine. You will earn BTC for posting with their content in our sig.

You just need to make a post after Sept 2, then you will soon have 70 activity and will be a member.

so that means i might be a JR member now
but if i like stay idle for 2 weeks , i will become a newbie again ? :O

Unless you get a lot of posts deleted, your activity will stay at 56 forever if you stay idle.

i still fully din't understood it , is there a thread for it ?
and i think in your signature place ,it's written give & take Knowledge!
can i put it too ? or i need to get to member post before doing it

If you want to join a signature campaign, please do the following:
1. Check https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 and find a campaign that has a open spot for you.
2. Go to the thread of that campaign, put on the sig ad and enroll in the campaign according to its rules (usually you need to make a reply with your address and post number).

Then you able to see text box for your signature
That fill your signature link into it !

It means your post count. They will pay per post you make. Mostly there will be some limitation when pay per post is there.
