Project Description:

• Create a website similar in function to http://dailybitcoins.org & http://coinad.com.
• Registration/login should use salted & hashed passwords.
• Site should be effective in preventing multiple payouts to the same user within 24 hours.
• Site should include an admin area to a) view and initiate pending payouts and b) set the payout amount (eg. 0.001 btc).
• Built on Codeigniter framework preferable but not strictly required.

Are you also wanting it to have random payouts (such as 1 btc at a random time then 0.1 btc at another random time then 0.001 and 0.00025 btc)?
