Chosen applicant is to replicate table seen under the Exchanges heading on the Home tab of http://bitcoinwatch.com

The data should be pulled from a local (mysql) database table, with a separate script created to populate that data using the APIs from bitcoincharts.com (http://bitcoincharts.com/about/markets-api/). Don't query more often than once every 15 minutes!

- the target system is Linux?
- wiich PHP/MySQL version is running?
- which Perl is installed? (I might use it instead of PHP for accessing the API)
- is a basic HTML table enough, or do you want some CSS formatting too (I don't know your layout specs)
