Sergey Mavrodi started decetralized offline pure financial pyramid MMM  in x-USSR countries about 1 year ago. It has no central place where all money kept and no any organization responsible, so it is hard to destroy. It is a financial offline social network, pure financial Pyramid, where people exchange money between each other, generating them for each other.

The objective of this project is to destroy existing pyramid called "World Economy" by another anti-pyramid and replace all fiat currencies by internal virtual currency called "Mavro".

While the most competentive ecomists and even goverment of Russia laughted about this initiative and said "it will not fly even after two months - just coz its pyramid", more than year is past, pyramid successfully runs in several countries and more than 25 million people already involved.

I'm one of them. I joined just for lulz, but currently I really attracted by scale of this social structure.

So I thought, could "Occupy Wall Street" support this financial weapon to troll and possibly destroy financial slavery where one people print money and other people must earn them? I must admit this structure successfully trolled most of x-USSR goverments and banks and nobody can do anything with this structure for this time, coz people go there knowing all risks.

It is actually not an advertising, financial pyramid is a ultra-mega high-risk venture even worse than gambling.

No. Im not in mmmcoin. I dont know who started this zombi and what was the purpose. MMM is a big sociaty, and every participant do his own initiatives. mmmcoin is one of them, but i dont know their purposes and what was that for.

30 million dumb decisions do not a good decision make. The "Occupy" is too disorganized to do anything.

You can buy MMM now, make huge returns and on that money buy bitcoin. Then when the pyramid will crash, return the money in the form of bitcoin to those last people that got ripped off. It will a way to advertise bitcoin.

About occupy -- I thought you guys on this forum are for the free market, and not for the socialist nonsense of the occupiers. I'm certainly against Occupy, at least for the fact that they have no respect for private property -- they occupy the city and make it annoying for everyone.  They should rent a stadium or a camp ground and o their demonstrations there, like any other meetup or organization. Plus they smoke dope and stink up the streets.

Nature of MMM and Bitcoin is absolutely alike except two "technical" differences:

1. Bitcoin uses cryptography and network to prove transactions while MMM uses offline OWO principles ("old world order" contrary to the "new world order"). In old world to prove anything you didn't need government stamped, watermarked or holographic document. Identity, family relation, ownership, all was proven by that everybody in the local community knew that fact.

2. Bitcoin doesn't declare any additional value and provide only transport. While MMM promises that if you put in N units in certain time you will get out N+d units. This "d" value is most contradictory topic amongst MMM critics. Many "logical" people don't understand where that value would come from. Though very same people don't have logical paradox when Bitcoin from 0.01 USD became 5 USD.

Obviously with the popularity of the system it's value will be growing. Bitcoin has it as a side effect, in MMM it is "pre-programmed".

I'd like to see some substantial proof of this - but I suspect he has neither proof nor anywhere that many people signed up, which itself is automatically a scam - misrepresenting his success.

In xUSSR MMM advertising is everywhere. Everybody know what it is and everybody discuss it.

Since it is not a company and there is no legal representatives - advertising can not be forbidden.

Since it warns users about the source of payouts, it can not be considered as scam.

Since people do private payments from one physical person to other - it can not be regulated by law.

It can not be stopped.

There is a film PyraMMMid 2009 about MMM'94. In 1994 MMM was about to accumulate 50% of Federal budget of Russia. In that time MMM had centralized structure and federals were able to destroy it.

Informational mini-war MMM vs TCS Bank (Tinkoff Credit Systems). MMM wins. Fatality.

15 May 2012 - Top manager of TCS Oleg Anisimov published in LiveJournal (link already closed) false information leak from one of MMM heads about coming MMM collapse. In his post, Oleg published a mail from Artem Prokofiev (head of 1000s MMM structure), where Artem says about internal problems of MMM and funds shortage.

This blog post went to Livejournal top in hours and got 25 pages of discussions.

16 May 2012 - Sergey Mavrodi published disproff post in his official blog, where Artem Prokofiev on video says that he has no relation to published mail. Artem showed his passport to identify his person on video.

17 May 2012 - Sergey Mavrodi qualified Oleg's post as direct information attack on MMM and asked MMM participants to withdraw their money from TCS Bank:

Besides, lets check whether Anisimov's TCS Bank is a pyramid or not. (Anisimov is a man who published false mails about us). They assert they are not a pyramid. With a foamy mouth.
