I think you meant to say something like:

subject: Loan Request, up to 340 BTC, paying 5%/week  (or "wk")
I need 340 BTC (include the reason you need them)
I will pay 5% per week (explain how you will earn the money to repay)

"Loan offer" means you have coins and you want to loan them.
"Loan request" means you want to borrow coins.
