Personally I think all this is too difficult to follow for a start up. Most investments should be made on intuition and not because the start up went to you specifically or pitched it to some other investors as well.

This is what I have been trying to tell people over and over. DO A KICKSTARTER/CROWFUNDING CAMPAIGN!

It's really just that simple.
