I've tried to submit blockchain-reaction.com, but gotten this error:

Code:
your server reports a 0 file size
cowardly refusing to download the memslist.txt
please correct your server settings OR request mem to add your site to the exclusion list for this check (first option is likely to be quicker).

The file is served as text/html over http, if you need a different protocol perhaps you should specify that in your instructions? Smiley

edit: the url was http://blockchain-reaction.com/images/memslist.txt

Many thanks Smiley

Cheers, Paul.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

done, you can now start listing your games Smiley
nice looking game btw and perhaps you can help with something Ive been pondering.

Usually Id list games like this as slot machines, but Ive always felt its not correct.
Slot machines are money in, random result out with the only options being min & max bet (plus multiple lines etc etc) - imho pretty damn boring (roulette/ blackjack anyday thank you very much imho).

So what category do you think would best suite your game.

Ive noted that its multiplayer (nice) but a concern is that it would be easy to create a bot to ream players constantly (at worst tie every time, ie wargames).
Not trying to be critical but I am curious how you avoid AI players, we used to see similar issues with an early bitcoin online chess casino as I pointed out (and soon happened) the site was overwhelmed by bots and human players stood no chance.

Keen to hear your feedback, site looks quite nice btw.

Ahh, many thanks!

Actually, perhaps there needs to be a 'games of skill' category in your list because there are a growing number of 100% skill based games appearing lately? That's where I would put blockchain-reaction.

As for handling bots, the game has a massive branching factor which makes computation quite CPU intensive - as the board size increases the required computation time increases exponentially, so if we start having issues with bots I can add an option to set the board size when creating a game. There could also be an option to protect a created game by captcha, which would rule out bot automation, at least.

Cheers, Paul.

"Game of skill" hey, not bad not bad.

I was thinking "Video Game" but it doesnt feel right

edit, going to add "Game of Skill &/ Chance" for now until I can think of a better category name that covers PVP games like this and games like kamikaze and minefield.

also added a new form for quickly checking a sites status (WIP).

Hi Stunna, Ive noticed my old note - I assume everythings been rectified (checking now) ?

having a quick look now, also if you are the site admin (looks like it Smiley ) please sign up and let me know your username.
I'll set you as the website owner so you can fill in any details Ive missed etc Smiley

edit: still cant see how players can set their client seed themselves.

derp, its under the profile - looks good btw.

Quote
and most importantly, the client seed.

^ damn right its the most import Smiley

a very clean system, ok out of interest your current auto score is: 0.75

and after a few more badges etc.... : 4.5 which is pretty damn good.

tell me have you been in operations 1 year yet ? that is also good for a score boost.

just added all bitcoingamers video poker games.

This site is the site & seals had me coming back again and again when I was new to BTC.

The gf and I would buy ~$50 worth of BTC a week (~10-12 btc) via bitpiggy and blow 1 btc a night for fun.
Video Poker was something we both enjoyed and took great pleasure playing together.

doh character limit hit already, time to try and shrink the bbcode.

edit, bbcode shrunk again and list updated.

I think next time I hit the character limit I'll shift scams to their own listing/ leave on the site only.

after reading this thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=448302.0;all

Ive decided more badges are required, I think to save space on the forum listing I'll drop badges and just keep the auto score (seems to be working well so far).

New Merit Badges & score:

Good:
+0.5 site owner is not anonymous. We have seen long operations turn into cons by "accident" and design.
+0.1 anonymous betting support (we are using bitcoin after all, users have a right to privacy ergo privacy == bonus points).
+0.1 fast result time (wagers & sports bets only)
+0.1 fast payouts (wagers & sports bets only)
+0.1 Live betting - (sports only) seems to be a big plus for sports bets.

Bad:

you guys tell me, whats bad for a sports betting site ?

-0.5 reclaims users funds after X months. no excuse for this with bitcoin when you can set an emergency withdrawal address.

feed back on scoring is welcome as well.
ALSO I will start work on a score tester page so players (and site owners) can see what drives their score higher/ lower.

added all the new fields, dropped badges from bbcode (everything is score based).
Finalizing scores for various meirts and demerits now.

Still have not figured out how to rank poker sites based on rake back, but I'll be playing a bit of texas holdem today on a few sites and will see what I can come up with.
I have referenced peeps scoring system for the sports sites and incorporated it (after some tweaks)  into my own, I liked his concepts a lot for scoring sport sites.

Ive moved several badges from the sites table to the games table as some casinos support texas holdem + sports + casino games, it would be unfair for all their games to get the score boost for low rake back (poker) + quick results (sports) + progressive jackpots (casino games).

Im slowly reviewing 2 sites atm and also got side tracked updating to a nicer theme Smiley
jump in the queue though: http://memslist.com/list/index.pl?action=submit_site_by_url_form

Once Ive finished playing with my design (50%) & code (~95%) & sql table layouts (~95%) I'll have more time to focus on reviewing.

Wow. I missed a lot here.

Ok. I'll get off my ass too and do something, but not yet soon. My weekly lotto was a bit stressful because it was all done manually. (Well, you can argue it was a once a week thing, but still.)

I got distracted with all the altcoins recently and I got my own GPU rig (maybe that wasn't such a good idea.)

mem, I took a look at your current site, and while I admit my game is "offline", I think it was pretty clear it was (and still is, if I ever bring it back) provably fair. Nice to make the distinction now that games which have provable results are not necessarily provably fair.

All I need is a way to make it a real site that runs on its own, then I can add the other games I've always wanted to add. I'll let you know if it is ever "online" again.

Finished my review of https://coinroyale.com and now doing my post review.

I found the admin to be very responsive to suggestions.
The provably fair is good, but it could be easier for users to verify independently which I have suggested to the admin.
I made a hacked up copy of their verify page that works offline and have been running several hands through it to confirm all is well and it appears so.

The site layout is nice and clean and very responsive UI.
I particularly like how results, seeds & hashes of previous games are kept when you swap tabs to a new game.

working with the admin has made me realize casino admins could use a nice check list to see if there are any areas they can improve on to help give players that warm fuzzy feeling Smiley

also, list updated.
