i have like USD8 (eight) in alertpay,i want some BTC ... im not joking btw lol.

You're generally going to have trouble with an amount that small.

If you can't find anyone else, I'd be willing to give you 2 BTC for your US$8. That's worse (for you) than the current rate on MtGox, but IMO pretty reasonable considering small amount and risk of you filing a dispute in alertpay.
