For real, here are the restoration pics. Like I said, it is SUPER far away from what your house is currently. I could only dream of owning a house like that some day. Currently living in it and trying to sell it. Originally was in the family and had to buy it through a delinquent tax auction because of a bunch of family problems (grandma who owned it was in the nursing home with alzheimers). Only paid 720 for the house and the 1/2 acre land it sits on. Put about 15k into it and trying to sell it now . I think I made a good investment. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B4ySexzTrTnMeXFENEh5THM3MTA&usp=sharingBtw: It's in Dardanelle. Such a good restoration job!! I really love the tub. Absolutely adorable I would venture say that will probably be a great investment for y'all.

It's a small house, ~520 sq foot. It's great for me and my wife currently. We have no kids atm, one in the oven though !!! It's been in my family for a very long time, my dad was raised in it from birth which is why I didn't want to rebuild it entirely or add on. I wanted to keep the originality of it with it's location and size. I did remove a nearly all of the original walls and change the floor plan from a 2 bed room to a 1 bed room with a larger kitchen, bathroom, and walk in closet. Anyways, I don't want to digress from your house sale or steal the thread. Good luck!

Fellow Arkansans are always welcome on any of my threads + it is good publicity for yours as well if someone is looking for a smaller places (3700+ sq feet is kind of ridiculous.) Congrats on the future lil poop maker! Do you know what year it was built originally? Might need to make sure you don't have a metric fuck ton of lead in there prior to the little one

Might need to make sure you don't have a metric fuck ton of lead in there prior to the little one It was built originally in 1963. We stripped everything out. -EVERYTHING-. The only original pieces of this house that are still on is the outer walls, floor joists, and the trusses. All insulation, plumbing, wiring and drywall were completely redone. The house isn't on a foundation either. It's on blocks. I know that sounds redneck as hell, but it's rock solid with no termite damage. "Welcome to Arkansas" I say when people look at the house with a odd look on their face. It's super peaceful being 7 miles out of town. Not a single city light to dim the stars at night. The dust bands are bright out here. Lots of private owned land for hunting also

(only joking) Ya man... fuck termites, chiggers and ticks.

Nah, the old rem 770 270 is my choice to hunt with, although I'm more of a fan of bow hunting for the actual "sport" of hunting, along with filling the deep freezer . Soon I will be making a thread on my house only because of viewing this thread and having this discussion. I've thought about it for a long while, but now I feel a little bit of incentive , thanks. Nope, never even heard of the first one. The 2nd one, I've wanted to go a few times.

Dude, now is the time. I hope you get it listed, it sells, Bitcoin hits $40,000 a coin and you buy this Lomond house! If you ever want to schedule to come look at it please just let me know. It might be a pleasant day trip for you and the wife. Plus it will be easier for you to earn it if you actually see it in real life, know that is what you want and then imagine earning it.

I'm sure it would be a pleasant trip, but there's absolutely no way I would be able to afford anything like that anytime soon. I like my job, but my job doesn't like me that much . Working with a 75k a year household income. Plenty enough to keep my happy and pay for my toys for both my wife and I. Tell ya what, if my house sold for 150 btc (if it's even worth that), and btc goes to 40k, I'll buy yours .
