Not giving back something that doesn't belong to them.
Bitcoins belong to a person who knows private key. Point.

In the same way that your watch belongs to the person that is wearing it on their wrist. And your wallet belongs to the person that has it in their pocket.

There's a BIG difference between what is technically true, and what is morally and ethically true.

1) This is "Technical Support" forum. This is not a church, court or elementary school.
2) I am not sure that all 7 billion people on planet have the same moral and ethic as you and me. So, I do not speak ( about moral and ethic ) for all.

I do not know the legislation in the country where you live.
In my country owning a watch and a wallet written in some kind of country laws.
Owning of bitcoins is not defined in laws. Nobody would care who is bitcoin owner.

So, there is not "same way".

Agreed.  The original post:
"I accidentally send 1.85 BTC to this wallet address  1MA7CKbWMyKdPkmsbnwmfeLh1hYy5A3gy8 Please return them. I thank you."

probably does not belong in "Technical Support".  Do you want to contact the moderator and let them know that they should move it to a more appropriate forum? Or shall I?

2) I am not sure that all 7 billion people on planet have the same moral and ethic as you and me. So, I do not speak for all.

Certainly, but if someone claims that they would not return something that was accidentally sent to them, then I am going to personally consider that person to be untrustworthy and will leave them feedback indicating such.

Informing others about the potential risk of transacting with someone is what the feedback system is for, isn't it?

You are wandering away from the topic that is being discussed here.

We are not talking about "laws" or how to define "ownership".

We are talking about the bitcointalk.org feedback system, its purpose, and whether or not a person that demonstrates themselves to be untrustworthy should receive negative feedback.

Please try to focus on the topic at hand to avoid meaningless debate about unrelated topics.

I am very sorry. English is not my native language, it is difficult to catch nuances.

I do not see any additional risk here.
May be, contrary, I will trust the person who says his point of view. (OK, I do not like his words too. But he has a right to speach.)
Anyway, bitcoin is the system where we should trust in math and should not trust to individuals.

Please explain to me what you think the purpose of the bitcointalk.org feedback system is?

If we don't agree on the purpose for such a system, then we won't be able to have a constructive conversation here.

Do not know.
Is it something like "centarlisation" in bitcoin network? The person who has more "hashing power" is able to dictate his principles

Thank you. I can say that you are right and I am wrong. I do not want to take part in this "religius war".
