psychic? heh.. try to watch charts hours in a roof. Like for 10 hours non stop. Day, week or month.. I'ts almos like to see the "matrix" you almost feel every movement. And if we admit that I trade almost for 10 years.. Then,.. I would say maybe experience... or at the last.. intuition. But sure not some PSUHICS.. I hate religios stuff! And I know the TRUTH. Monii - that's what's matter. If you discard all things but monii, whole system looks much, much easier and simpler.

I'm wonder how someone really buys now for "long therm" investment. Not I, not HE, not even GOD knows now such "long" therm prices. They simply do not exist in the nature. Like a future does not exists.
In worst I can be wrong in fundamental things, for exemple I could forget something or miss some fundamentaly important event. Which I think I miss not. (there is no many fundamentaly things like on others markets and my memory as I knew is OK)
If you so sure that price will go high PLEASE tell me what fundamentaly matters for that. And I would gladly and thankfully to you, buy. Other ways any "long" therm investment is nothing more like a "speculation" or 50/50 (which, must admit, together with poor money managment have in orders smaller chance to win compared to casino for exemple). No one knows that price will go up for today. It raised at beginning on the basis of uncertainty but today we know much more about bitcoin and can look at it more realistically. And thing which we know isn't much bull optimistic.

So, to answer shorter.
Science yes please, religion hell no.

As for long-term, true, you can't figure that out from price history. That you can only guess based on fundamentals - you make your own judgement based on facts, and believe in it. Some believe it has a basically infallible foundation for future growth. Others think it's a scam which will get somehow ruined or forgotten. Can respect both opinions. But *knowing* that it will jump 25% down tomorrow? That's psychic, sorry

To be fair, as some around here have noted over the past several months, the moves are much slower than back in 2013. $350 and below very well may come in time. In fact, I'm still betting on it.

You'll have to have fiat on exchanges when it happens, if I had to guess. If we get down into the $200s, I don't think we're gonna stay long. That's the kind of deep plunge into support that could launch a very strong rally, very quickly.

Somehow I do not think there will be a plunge this time. It looks like everybody is holding ammo for the plunge, but if it can stable for a bit they will start buying and it may rise faster than thought.

I've sold half my btc's, so I'm hoping we drop and I buy more below $400. I'm in it for the long run, but holding from buying in at $4xx to $680, then down to $300, isn't the smartest investment plan. Gain btc's when the market presents you with the opprotunity.
