You can change the email address of the account and the password of the account to not give him access.

And he is completely right. Minecraft has no region restrictions, and like I mentioned in the OP, I will either change the email address for you or just give you the email account its currently on. (Or you could just simply change the email yourself if you decided to buy the account)
