Can you guys explain the LakeBTC.com price is highest?

LakeBTC  $525.16

BTC-e       $513.00        higher 2.4%
Bitstamp    $519.41        higher 1.1%
Bitfinex      $518.23        higher 1.4%

The price should be lower than bitstamp/bitfinex/btc-e because it is very easy to do arbitrage between BTC/CNY and BTC/USD as LakeBTC supports both pairs. Thus, the price of BTC/USD should be close to BTC/CNY logically. However, the reality is LakeBTC has the highest BTC/USD, it is really unusual!
