He's looking for a loan with collateral which is apparently worth twice the value of the loan. If he finds a local escrow and a lender willing to deal on those terms, I don't see what the problem is. Perhaps I'm missing something?

The whole thing seems more trouble than it's worth to me, but each to their own.

Nothing wrong with having a loan thread but having 4 doesn't make you look good. You should close 3 of them and just have 1 if you want people to take you seriously. If you post up the pictures later than this thread could potentialy work out...The other 3 wont.... Just my opinion is all
