SOURCE: Bittrex Support, 10-November-2014

FILE LOCATION (Windows 7 & 8+ users [Explorer File Manager]):
C:\Users\%YOUR%WINDOWS%USER%ACCOUNT%NAME\AppData\Roaming\ruble\ruble.conf

Create a file in this directory called: 'ruble.conf'

Then add the following PoS Wallet Sync nodes into it:

I think people are getting scammed, coin will be delisted to destroy our wealth while it is LISTED On COINS-E where it "sells" for 0.0004 btc for 1 RUBLE.
