Coin development is not cheap, it cost many BTC.

The coin has to be funded first but mining will be very unique. The pool will first have to be "filled" with "liquid". Once full of "liquid", the pool will allow mining until all the "liquid" is gone. Then the cycle repeats itself.

I kinda want to send some BTC to his address to see where it goes. And because it would be funny for crypto news sites to report on people giving BTC to such an obvious scam.
