I understand stuff like this happens. Hopefully the replacement will work as intended.
im pretty sure, he`ll find the replacement cards for you. i was about to buy right now, until you mentiond a problem. so ill be waiting on the sidelines for now until the op fixes your situation. Just logged in and the replacement was already there which I added successfully to my account. Hopefully no issues with this. In any case, Sofia's customer and after sales service seems top notch  |

It's been a while since I bought my last set of cards but nothing has changed. A few months ago, one of my cards zeroed out. I told Sofia and he immediatly replaced it and appoligized. Today, I sent first and recieved a working card within 10 minutes. Smooth transaction.
Tl;Dr:
Sofia's warrenty is legit and he is a seller who values his reputation and deserves all the trust he receives. Thanks again ^_^
