Are the current IPO GHS being offered for sale on the UMISOO tab tradeable after you buy them?

Huge difference if it makes it a fair risk or not atm.

Edit -

Maybe after UMISOO Round 1 Subscription is done filling we will be able to trade them on the open market?

Hello Sir,
Considering without maintenance fee it would ROI 100% in 4 month with 15% diff. At fifth month only got 0.14btc and 0.093btc at sixth. Is there any thing you will add like bonuses ?

As antminer user I bought antminer, and mining it while sells the machine. So I can make fast ROI and rebuy antminer again. But what should I do with hashnest ?

On second thought I calculate it again with BTC @500usd and 1THS at 1.35btc and 15% diff :
For the first month with 1 THS, you got maintenance fee 97.266usd with 251usd income = nett 153.7
2nd month 188.8-97.266 = nett 91.534
3rd month 132.5-97.266 = nett 35.234
4rd month 97.86-97.266 = minus 0.594 Huh

Total = 281.062 or 0.562124 btc at 500usd rates, not even half of 1.35btc. Just like C.io but hard to sold.

Ive been fans of bitmain since s1, and bought many of your products in the past. Im really sorry but I should says this is the first wrong move Sir and would lower trust of your customers. Please reconsider, except you big (and positive) surprise for us...

Do you have a link to where they said this?  Can't find anything.

Or was it a private email to you?

Edit- Or I guess I could read the site and the first line in Big bold letters reads

*Secondary Market GHS buying and selling will be open once Round 1 subscription is completed.

Or was it a private email to you?

1: QQ Group, in Chinese
2: Chinese, on their website, go Chinese version and google translate.
3: An update on their website with an asterisk.

*Secondary Market GHS buying and selling will be open once Round 1 subscription is completed.

My view: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, just no.

With this amout of official support given from Bitmain, and having me, as an originally satisfied customer to turn away. They certainly did a good job on Bitcointalk support.

This one is all support that they give within 24 hours, would you expect that for a new product launch?

Hello Bitmain,

I see you have uploaded the latest cgminer source code here:  https://github.com/bitmaintech/cgminer

Can you please tell everyone how to upgrade their S2 & S3 miners to this latest version with the security fixes? Or are you releasing a new firmware for the S2 & S3 that will include this cgminer version?

Many Thanks, IYFTech.

with the current price 0.00135btc/ghs and without maintenance fee, the ROI period is long. If plus maintenance fee, it seems never ROI.

Given current difficulty increase rate maintenance=earnings parity will be achieved in 90 days. So, basically, for 0,00135 btc you get to hold 1 Ghs for 90 days, and give away on average 56% of earnings during that time. What an offer Smiley

Am I right in calculations? I was using bitcoinwisdom.com calculator.

Hello IYFTech,

Look this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=702653.0

More exactly at the point: 4º) Configuration

There is written this: The S3 is standalone and does not require an external controller.

Also you can see this: https://www.bitmaintech.com/files/download/Antminer%20S3%20Manual_EN_2014.7.16.pdf

Happy mining!  Smiley
