Getting a steady 270 Mhash/s in the miner mining MONA (lyra2rev2) but the pool only shows anything between 200-245Mhash/s , I don't have any errors or stale shares or anything.
Any help?

Most pool's estimations are rarely accurate

WORKER NAME GOES IN THE PASSWORD--

If you want to see the worker name displayed while mining at YIIMP, put it in the password.  Here is an example:  "-p alpha,c=vtc", where "alpha" is the worker name, and "c=vtc" specifies the coin being mined.  If there are multiple coins for any algo, the "-c" flag is helpful, but not always necessary.

--scryptr

Chaps is it possible to mine Digibyte-Groestl with ccminer 2.0 with Nvidia GTX1080 and Windows 10 x64?
yes, but you'll probably get only half speed that miner shows ))

Why? Which miner is recommended?

and what about adding sia to yiimp, i find it more confortable to mine everything there, nanopool is ok but the threshold is too hig for my small rig and i like to have my hash on the same pool for different coins, like with exchange

I'm not sure I have the best answer, but I tested quite a lot of ccminer version, and I got best results with ccminer-1.2-X15 (this is djm34 branch),
50-55Mh/s per 1070 confirmed on pool side.
