If you really want BTC, I'll sell you $600 for cash since I'm sure you have a mailbox near you.
I could do that,
But I do need the Bitcoin pretty much the same day considering Price change every day and That I may need it...

Any solution for that?
Nope. You could send it tracked and use the 24 average for the day the letter arrives to keep the exchange rate floating until then, but that's about it.

Maybe, but for now I dont want to do any exchange until I get 310$ money back from the scammer.

What you mean? $5 is extremely low amount.
I got scammed for $350 here and been up for 3 days straight trying to get it back.
