I agree with the bigger part. I am very sure that a lot of people here are by now very used to bubbles and of course should the next one come, everyone has their own secret plan to outsmart the bubble. Perhaps by gradually selling into the bubble?  The only way for those people to lose money would be if the bubble turned out to be much bigger than anyone expected. Cheesy

Bitcoin in 2011: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVabnqRj_8I

The best thing Bitcoin had going for it was MyBitcoin which stole everybodies coins, and then MtGox.

Bitcoin in 2014: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHGWrAAADio

At this point MtGox is the worst thing to have happened to Bitcoin. Which comes as not surprise to anybody that was around in the early days (it had no security at all).

Bitcoin is designed to increase its value year after year, if it won't fail than the price will rise, and probably the new beginning is near.

Market moves 4 - 5 times slower than in 2013. Back then it took 4 - 5 months from the bottom to the mania phase.
It looks like the next bubble will enter it's mania phase 16 - 25 months after the bottom (which IMO is still to come).
That would align well with the block reward halving in the second half of 2016.

Sometimes, if it looks too bullish, it's actually bearish

We are on that period of disruptive technology where people may have heard about it in mainstream news once, when the 1000USD rally happened. Then 3 years from now when it's higher than ever, just like I do now remembering how i heard about BTC back in 2009 briefly being linked to criminal activity in mainstream websites but didnt look more into it, they will remember how they once say it mentioned in mainstream news but never got more into it, they didn't do the research and the will miss the boat again, except we this time ain't going to miss that boat twice.

I see interest waning. I don't think we ever saw despair this time around. And as an earlier poster mentioned, this post-bubble bear market seems to be playing out in much longer moves than back then.

I'm not sure about the "soon" part.

Yep. It went from 479 to 482, then back to 479. That was a fast bubble and I only thought it would go to 481. I presume that is the bubble the OP was talking about.

Hey, I know he's a troll and everything, but he's been trolling bear in a very bearish market. So I'm pretty sure his predictions haven't been failing too hard. Oh well, bagholders gonna baghold. Undecided

correct, my predictions are all right but he is trying to deceive himself and call black white if it suits his purpose (self tricking)
