no when they were destroying the coins some transactions became invalid so they were forced to delete the wallet.dat that contained the unsold coins. This was all explained in the first thread.

Coins cannot be touched but will remain on the blockchain.

C-cex is not good exchange last time. Did you consider to enter Poloniex or Bittrex ?

Yes sorry I know that, this was to try and get c-cex to start listing the total amount of coins, they are currently showing the old amount and not the new 1.7mil
