I did not really get your questions but I think difficulty usually drops when less people are mine the coin. So, the more miners the higher will be the difficulty.
Will the BTE Bytecoin diffuculty will drop?

I am sure he is asking "when will the difficulty drop."

I think some interesting responses would include a link to some BTE blockchain explorers that are online,
and the formulas to calculate the chain hashrate.
