im not trying to run away with the btc. not my intentions here at all. ive stuck with this guy from day 1 and will continue to support him as im sure he will pop back up.

im just not sure whats going on right now. rather be safe then sorry on all fronts. i have his skype info(been trying to contact him all week) and bitmessenger info(same).

im not sure how to proceed with this.

is this possibble? if you try to send a bet to the site right now it just disppears. basically its like youre sending btc directly to him. no bet happens.

i dont think we should advertise a site that is not working properly. we would be having users getting screwed then.

should we pay users for the whole month? just call it a day? opinions needed.

i think UpDownBot.bz has a bug problem in his site and the bad things is he never online again since 13th Sept.
Yahoo want to close that Signature because he dont want other people money get stuck because that site has a problem now.

my opinions is : keep that sig running ,but yahoo must make new thread in gambling section and tell other UpDownBot.bz is having bug problem now ,dont bet there untill further explanation from owner.

If the owner of the site has absconded (run away) and is not paying out winning bets on his site then it would probably be best to not to continue to advertise the site (especially if the OP does not want to be associated with a site that is possibly scamming).

How to best proceed would really depend on who your agreement is with. If your agreement is with yahoo, then if he wishes for you to payout early then there is no issue with paying out early as long as you payout the full amount promised to each user. Any excess can be returned to yahoo in this scenario.

If your agreement is with the owner of the site and it is apparent that the site is either not functioning properly or is scamming AND you are unable to contact the site owner to get advise as to how to proceed then it may be appropriate to end the campaign, pay users in full and hold the excess amount until the site owner is back online to give advice as to where to send the excess funds. If you can reach the site owner then you can simply follow the instructions as to how he wants to proceed (as it is his money).

I don't know about everyone else but I sense a scam brewing.

theres no scam period. i have 0 trust rating. why is everyone dicks on here? i didnt need the btc from the loan at all. i was trying to build my rep. my wallet is in my profile. im damn sure not running over no damn .01 on anyone. and the btc from the sig campaign was gonna remain in escrow if the campaign closed.
