Admin is definitely ignoring me. He has been online since i posted, he did not once message me or process my withdraw.

I think its a different admin that handle the fortunejack account. This account could be only handle by the marketing staff that is not aware of your withdrawal so send them more mail instead

I am not very happy with the service I have received through FortuneJack.  Months ago, both through messages on BCT here, and through their support I requested my 2FA to be removed on my original account because I got a new phone, and I did provide adequate proof, but nobody ever got back to me, even now.

On top of that, on my second account, I submitted a ticket today/yesterday because when playing standard dice with DOGE, the rolls only go through if I let it randomly select Client Seeds.  If I manually set a Client Seed, the roll button spins and nothing happens.  Why is that even an issue?  That's sketchy to me.  I should be able to set the Client seed whenever and however I please and still have my rolls function.


Someone please address this, this is frustrating, and very unprofessional when you claim you have 24/7 Support right on your site.

I think the larger withdrawl's are manually handled by OP /admin.
He cant be online 24x7 ,busy real life maybe.

that is why you need to send emails couple of time untill your issue is resolved Cheesy

About the first thing, that's what I was doing.  I know how to correctly set the Client Seed, I've done it before many times.  This is the only time it's done this to me.  I lock the Client Seed, set up my autoroll settings, click AutoRoll, and nothing happens.  The button spins but no rolls are made.

Thank you for removing the 2FA, I will try to log into it now.

And as I said in my PM about the Client Seed:

"And why would that matter?  Shouldn't I be able to use letters as well?  It works for me with numbers, but not with letters.  It hashes both anyway when the rolls are calculated so why does it matter if it's letters?  I've used letters in the past and it would work just fine."
