Why is the chat available only in dice game? it would be good if it's back to homepage again. 

no i guess it should be like that, fortunejack changed that chatbox to dice only based on users request including me.
it's sometimes annoying to see it in every page and mostly chatbox there used to share users stats on dice games.

Hello just been trying to play your poker freerolls. Managed to play in 4 Freerolls and every other one I have enrolled in have either been cancelled or have ceased to open.

i would like to play some small stake tourneys and sit-n-go's but there is nothing to choose from:
only freerolls [got cancelled just now, btw] and some once-a-day tourneys that never get played!

Based on my experience delay only happened if you used a slow speed connection.
I have tried the trading game used a high speed connection (Wi-Fi) and once it is clicked it is approved that time. So i believe it is only connection matter.
