Also it is very strange that 2 newbie accounts, sorry, 3 accounts were created within 48 hours. They all just found bitcointalk? I don't think so. Email conversation is much longer than 48 hours, and accounts signed up on 14,15 and 16. Feb so I think it is very strange that they all signed up and complained at the same time:

Withdrawals should be processed 90%+ less than 3 hours 99%+ less than 24 hours. If you have been around 5 years you should have a process that is optimal for security and keeping the high valued customers playing. I only read about the 99 LTC guy but I'm sure there are others that won't be coming back. good luck.
