Theres no doubt on that which David do really do his best on hearing out peoples issues and following it up to be resolved and as a community manager this is really a challenge for him. After being on the receiving end of delayed withdrawal I think I can add some insight. Most staff should be active during your busiest time. The weekend? Withdrawals should be processed 90%+ less than 3 hours 99%+ less than 24 hours. If you have been around 5 years you should have a process that is optimal for security and keeping the high valued customers playing. I only read about the 99 LTC guy but I'm sure there are others that won't be coming back. good luck.

Hmm. I was able to play on FJ back in 2013 (or 2014, I think), I remember they always asked for an email to register with. Though I am not sure since that is too long ago.

Anyway, maybe consider checking the email you sent them if it was correct. If it was, probably tell them your username that you probably used to play at FJ.
