You need to lighten up and read the posts before you comment. Not all players who play on FJ are already members of bitcointalk. He has a valid point because the issue has been dragging on for more than a week, which is unusual with FJ. They have always worked out quick solutions when faced with such issues in the past. It is quite acceptable for him to be upset with the delay such a simple issue is taking. It is always better to send them an email though, instead of posting on here as they seem to work faster that way!

I am not sure if the site was having some issues 30 minutes ago, but FJ is working fine for me now.

its like you got a women who is in hospital and she needs to stay there for 3 weeks but no you will take her home without being cured?
and she will come back and die? (its same just like this is with person and they have problem with game)

i've never had a problem connecting to FJ, could be a cache history problem, if you do delete your cache folder it will most likely fix the problem, but all your saved passwords will be wiped

Clearing cache etc.. is not at all helping me, also tried different browser still same problem. Cloudflare has some problem i think it needs to be fixed.

They'll refund the tickets not the prizes just like last time. That's why i avoid playing any games at FJ. Whatever amount you spent on buying those tickets are lost.

Yeah, one time happened that refund the tickets... but is not the same because the odds to win a prize in the next game are different.
And, obviously, they spent only 1 btc  on prizes in two weeks! No correct.

Did you even check the history of the issue? It is not a 2 day old issue, its stretched beyond 2 weeks now. I emailed them too and they replied saying it will be fixed soon... it is frustrating when there is no update and you need to constantly follow up for an update. Some people have the patience, some people don't. In fact, i am one of those affected by this issue, as you can see in the post above (hura's post) and the only thing keeping me from outright anger is that i am a long time player at FJ and they always work out a solution. Just that this time its beyond 2 weeks and that is disturbing, especially for such a small issue where all they need to do is pay out the winners or refund the tickets!

It seems to work for me no problem whenever I log in.

Maybe they are starting to ban certain counties due to gambling licensing reasons like what is going on with some of the other bitcoin gambling websites.

If they ban certain countries they should be stating a message that you can't play if you live in this country etc.. the problem was with cloudflare i think.

patience is all you need
you are old player there and you know they are fair and when they find solution that works the best for everyone they will do it.
its like someone tell you how will you play with your money so you can't tell them what they need to do in their own casino.

1) Cloudflare issue is fixed already. You can access FortuneJack website in various ways now, including www.fortunejack.com and http://fortunejack.com

2) Regarding Bingo. We are planning to remove Weekly Bingo Prizes. But regarding the current situation we will act in this manner - 0.4 BTC was already won by some users and 0.6 BTC is left. So we are going to distribute 0.6 BTC to the remaining users according to the share of tickets they had. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused!
