But then, 2 hours later, it was being withdrawn out without my consent at all
I tried to find the btc in my e-coin.io acc but it wasnt reflected there at all

You should include the withdrawal screenshot including the address of your deposit and withdrawal to facilitate tracking

Fortunejack will never withdraw any user's fund like that, there is only one logic behind this that someone got access to your account at FJ and withdraw the funds. Fortunejack staff should be able to find out whats the reason of this if it isnt because someone has access to your account

It is because they need to make sure everything works out by checking if this user is legit or not. Few months ago someone won alot here as well and they did check him as well , since the user was legit fortunejack then process her withdrawal. You can rest assure that fortunejack will pay in the end

I understand wanting to look into your bets, but when you say "we believe you understand the reason"-- I really don't. I didn't commit any fraud, so there's nothing for me to understand about taking 10 full business days after the three days I already had to wait because of the new year. What you're telling me is that you're not confident enough in your games that you have to take from Jan 1st - Jan 18th to approve one hour worth of betting. That is a very long time, and it does not look good on your business.

Look, I'm not here to be unreasonable, but to tell me that I understand the reason is adding insult to injury. I don't understand it, because I played and won fairly.

Take your time, but know that everyone else here has been saying that all other online casinos take maximum up to 48 hours to approve. And even then, if they just need time to buy BTC, they let their customers know. This doesn't look good for your business, and I'm not the only one that thinks that.
