Hi, how do I get the 20% back from my losses? 

I lost first 2 deposits yesterday but can't find any details besides this big sign in the lobby.

Then why do you have a big sign in your lobby that says "WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES"?

If you only give a 20% rebate to the 3 biggest losers of the week, the sign should say that.

Its not nice to tell people who play on your site "WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES", then when they lose - they find out the "YOU" in the sign was reffering to 3 players only and if you wanted to be one, you have to lose more.

This doesnt make sense at all. If you are gambling then you should only gamble with what you can afford to lose. If fortunejack refunds you then they will need to refunds everyone that lose as well, that totally doesnt make sense at all. You are the one not making sense.

Like I said, they could have a rebate promotion for everyone if they wanted -all they need is for it to increase their overall volume of bets by 10-15% for it to be profitable in the short term, and much less than that with player retention.  4grinz offers 10% rebate on weekly losses every single week for every bet.  Think about it, maybe it will start to make sense eventually for you.

I don't want an apology because I lost, that's not what bothers me.

It's the misleading advertisements.

Please see my previous post, where I explained how the sign in your lobby said nothing about Unlucky Jack, or Top 3 only, all it said was  "NO LUCK TODAY?  WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES" 

I saw the unlucky jack thing, and at the time thought it was unrelated since it only paid the top 3 losers of the week, while the sign i saw implied that they paid 20% to everyone on a daily basis "hence, ' TODAY ' "

I asked in the chat, and only got a response from two other players who also didn't know how to get the 20% back from "todays losses"

Why doesn't your sign say "Unlucky Jack Promotion, Weekly Losses Refunded for 3 Most Unlucky" or something like that.

I want to share my experience with promo Jack's Favorite.

This week i played in each games of the promo. I played over than 0.2 in every games. So appears me a green sign in each games and a phrase like that "Congratulation you're now eligible for Jack's Favorite".

But... today i discover (sending a message at FortuneJack) that i'm not eligible 'cause they say i played only 0.1995 on Binary Trade!

So, i explain that the green sign appears in each games of the promo Jack's Favorite... but the only answer i received was that i played only 0.1995 on Binary Trade!

This casino's promotions are pure scam mate. They have 10+ fake accounts to cover up their weekly promotions. Do not trust this casino they are liars. If you lose say in a week 20 Bitcoins they'll have their fake account lose 30 or more to push you out of promotion.
Go look at promotion tab see those profiles wager stats they all look same. Now they have seen this comment next time they will be smarter with fake account creation.

Fortunejack made that banner since it is much more eyecatchy but atleast the term is clear in the promotions page. You cant really blame the site for not double checking the promotions as most promotions always come with some terms
