Have you send support ticket or directly chat the support on the site regarding on your issue?  When it comes to these circumstances you should really follow up for sometime because there are really instances that theres a reason why on such delays. Hope you would get your withdrawal soon. Dont worry FJ will surely credit that.

Looks like a late announcement here, the 6btc started at 23rd but you announce it today (25th). I don't see an end date of this 6btc boosted jackpot, does it mean it will stay forever till someone hit the jackpot? Or you missed to announce the end date which means that the jackpot will back to the previous one (3btc+) as I remember if no one hit it during the promo period?

Live support told me that jackpot will be 6btc until someone wins it (hopefully me). There is no end date.

That's great as I was just about to contact the live support myself Cheesy. I'm hoping you win it too, I usually only play a few rolls of the dice game without trying to chase the jackpot.. Maybe I should do, give the slot machines a rest, we'll see. Let us know how it goes for you though Smiley.

So when did you request the withdraw? Also you have to understand that any live support/support agents in general have no real power or can look in to anything specific with accounts as they are there to help you/us out with simple questions and issues. David has been talking about the new Fraud Department getting installed and up to speed so perhaps it's that? Erkans was in a similar situation as you with 9 BTC but he received his payment a few days ago. Also, would you mind taking a small screenshot of the amount you previously stated here and where it says "Pending"?

I've been playing with FJ for over 4 years and I've never had any major issues, I've been having to wait for my money when winning over 3 BTC but that's not been a huge concern of mine as with FIAT casinos I've had to wait weeks due to them needing me to send in documents that I am who I say I am etc. Be a bit patient and I'm sure this will be resolved soon!

Due to new fraud control system, we are applying, withdrawals from that concrete period of time have been held for further examinations.
