I mentioned Curacao license to explain that this license doesn't give you any guarantee that the casino is fair. Please focus on what is written in the scam accusations thread. I am not going to comment on if you think fortunejack is a scam or not, that is something personal to you and I do not have any right to meddle, just because I have never had any issues with fortunejack I am not going to tell you to believe in them since you might have a different opinion of them. However painting a red big brush over ALL casinos that use curacao license is just plain evil.

You basically tell people that ALL casinos are bad and they should not be trusted and if you play there you are going to lose your money (which in fact is true thanks to house edge not scamming) and they are finding ways to screw customers over while trusting curacao will do nothing about it.

Yeah... game-protect. According to him everyone is a scam. Dude believes you can gamble anywhere you want and reclaim whatever you lost back and the casino has to follow up with that. You can literally go to casinos, bet, lose, recoup, bet, lose, recoup and basically do this until you win whatever money you want. He just simply lives in a dream world where everything goes according to plan for the gambler.

Thankfully crypto casino space doesn't care about him at all which is the reason why we have so many casinos, if they cared about him they would probably go bankrupt in a day for paying everyone back on what they lost. Hello, this is my first post on bitcointalk.org so sorry If I do anything wrong.

I am here to report the massive scam fortunejack can be, over the last 3 days I have been trying to get money back from a bet which I won, but was somehow canceled and refunded.

I will make it clear, I have done a bet on lightning roulette, the bet was accepted, the number rolled and it hit one of my numbers, after hitting this number I get a message on the screen saying my bet was not made in time, and I didnt get my winnings. Contacting costumer support on www.fortunejack.com made me sick since they have preset replys and you will get mad over it, I have sent over 10 tickets some of them somehow got  closed without even a reply and closed in a bunch of minutes.

FortuneJack itself admitted not to know the reason why my bet was canceled and refunded, and kept ignoring me.

Adding to this I have proof of everything I just said here, and I imagine that it must have been recorded somewhere the lightning roulette session or even recorded by fortunejack itself, many people where having this issue on the time frame I got mine.

And now the final thing, I did not got this error only once, but twice, I got it once and I contacted live support and while talking with live support it happened again and still they couldnt do anything about it has they say they dont find anything wrong with my bets.

Please pay back what you owe me, we are real people risking our real money, casinos are so quick taking our money but cant solve simple issues

I just want to say Im already for 9 days total waiting for my money, 6 days ago they said that as it was providers fault they were going to contact provider and send me a reply, they kept me waiting until today, while the provider had already sent them the reply 3 days ago, and I contacted provider myself to prove it, here is the proofs for those who say I dont have proofs:

Grab your client seed, server seed hash and server seed and you can figure out an infinite number of rolls because of the nonce based provably fair system. Here is a pair that I just generated:

You can put the info into DiceSites' PrimeDice verifier and generate an infinite number of rolls. What you claim is literally impossible because every result depends on the same server seed + client seed combo, which doesn't care whether you bet 1 million Bitcoin or 1 satoshi. You're very likely just having confirmation bias or believe in gambler's fallacy.

Did they give you any reason why it took 4 days to get your money ? I had the same issue with somewhere else as well and I feel like this late withdrawals are getting more common. I don't think any casino has given us a reason why but it has been constantly happening for the past 2-3 weeks so far, they always delay their withdrawals, not just here don't get me wrong, among many many casinos and for each amount, not just small or big ones.

They are random as well, some people get it in 30 minutes but some people get it in 2 days. Considering this is getting more common in all of casino and has no pattern at all, I kinda can't stop wondering what happened a month ago that made all casinos randomly select few withdrawals to delay. I used to submitted a complaint about Fortunejack dice scam, you told me I don't have enough data to prove it, now I have it. But Fortunejack team only sent me my lastest 2000 rolls, and refused to provided more. As a sample, I count and ananysis the data and found the issue.
The chart in this email shows clearly that the higher you bet, the higher the chance you lose.
To put it another way, your bet amount will influence the roll.
I'll list some data here: I played with payout 1.5-1.6, win chance 66-61.87%. The overall win chance of my lastest 2000 rolls is 65.3%, well, this is fine. But the win chance decrease while the bet amount is doubled:
Bet amount 0.001, win chance 65.5% (>65.3%)
Bet amount 0.002, win chance 66.8% (>65.3%),
---here is where the trick comes in---
Bet amount 0.004, win chance 65.0% (<65.3%),
Bet amount 0.008, win chance 63.4% (<65.3%),
Bet amount 0.032, win chance 64.3% (<65.3%),
Bet amount 0.064, win chance 55.6% (<65.3%).
See? The higher the bet, the lower the win chance!
We can see clearly the trend from 2000 rolls, the trend will be more clearer if the Fortunejack team can provide all my history.
If you insist the data is not enough, the Fortunejack should be obliged to provide enough data against my proof and conclusion.

That's because you're both idiots.  That isn't "proof", is an obscure data chunk that just happens to loosely follow his uninformed hypothesis.  That's not how roll outcome generation works.  The only things used to calculate roll outcomes are client seed, server seed, and nonce.  If they tried to influence it somehow using your balance or bet amounts, then you wouldn't be able to verify your rolls because they'd come back as false (in which case, then you could call it rigged).

It's always the people that don't understand Provably Fair that cry scam and rigged all the time.

I'm one of the "idots" you mentioned. People are always too confident on technology. They thought technology is 100% trustworthy so when casinos come up with the concept of "provably fair", they are at ease. That complaint is mine. I know what I was talking about. The point is, there is not being decided yet about how their scam things. FJ still waiting for their game provider to respond on their game as well, so we should really wait for them to get it done. But people here can't even wait to get the results from FJ and provider then this will be never end. If I can say, last time I have this problem as well and used to called them a scam site but after period time when I saw how they improve their support system then I stop calling them a scam site again.

Most of them got high trust points, and the one makes sense, right?
