Just ask Support in FJ, specifically, and ask how to exactly qualify before you place a deposit. And then you have to activate bonuses in FJ bonus as I understand, it's in a separate window, sort of like to opt in to the promotion.

Yeah, there is always technical problems in coding world that could screw up at any time, so even if there was one which I doubt there was it could be understandable time to time.

But "money" related ones? There has been zero cases that fortunejack was accused of and found guilty, and in 6 years that is a huuuuge accomplishment.
