Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Forum is public. 200k+ users registered, and I have the UID 73 on it.
Forum is not "exclusive" as the user explains and is free for anyone to sign up.
Forum is not even in deep web, Idk why he advertised it was.
Do a quick 20 second google search on leaking forums and you can find it.
