Thanks to everyone who has played so far!

There have been 55 orders total and nobody has bought the 30 tickets @ 15% discount yet.  Smiley

We are beyond the halfway point. What are you going to do with ~230 BTC?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

What hardware is providing those massive 50Gh mining power?

Here's what my setup looks like.

So it's a little hard to get a shot of the entire room because it is so small. The room most of the GPUs are in along with the singles is just 9x16 to make the most of the three tons of AC.

Here is a shot through the side door looking that the rack farthest away in the previous picture. You'll notice that the bottom rack is empty. This will be the home of the 4 mini rigs. If they are too big to fit on the rack, I will remove it and they will sit on the floor.

Here is a pic from outside of the room but still inside the warehouse. You can see the HVAC ducts to push all cooling into the room.

Since I only have three tons of AC at the moment, some rigs are still in the warehouse portion. With cgminer, they self regulate to 75c.

This is awesome! Thanks for giving us newbs something to shoot for!

I hope I can get my hands on 0.5 BTC before it ends! Smiley

Anyone who feels like donating to my raffle fund can drop a few millibits into 1NNZZyispBmiQECYX2FRBDjAaRoyswaDxs.

Thanks for the cool raffle, but if I win I'm gonna need some help setting up for max return. I've been reading a lot, but all I've been able to play with is some useless cpu mining because my graphics chip is too old to be useful. But I've got a bit of cash to invest and I'm looking at the more affordable FPGA products out there.

Thanks again!

Hi Mo,

The best way to get coins quickly is to use https://www.bitinstant.com/. Charlie runs a great business and you can deposit cash at a bank and have the fund in http://mtgox.com in under and hour.

Don't worry about getting things setup, we'll help out the winner and make sure they get all setup.  Smiley

Best,

Thanks for the info, BitInstant looks great, I think they're the lowest fees I've seen yet for accepting cash at a bank. I'll probably use them when I can get transportation to a bank. Smiley

But for now, a kind soul has passed me .5BTC and I've entered the raffle! I think it was bitcoinbox.ru, because it showed up in my wallet right after I PMed him about adding his real-time BTC counter to my web site, but I haven't gotten a PM back yet so I'm not sure. As soon as I've got enough time and posts I'll be posting to his thread at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=73977.0.

Thanks again, and wish me luck!

55 hours remain until the raffle is officially over!!

If you haven't bought your tickets yet, better get a move on. This is ONE OF THE BIGGEST POT ever for a bitcoin raffle.

I really like it but it isn't the biggest pot ever for a bitcoin raffle, last month's BitLotto was 280 BTC & the current one is going to be more than that - check my sig

I stand corrected. I have edited my original post accordingly.
