I placed this bet pre match https://ibb.co/Rbcy44n

As you can see, Vojtech, Jiri was -222 when I bet him before the match. As soon as the match started, Vojtech, Jiri
was now +105 (before any points were played). I did a comparable on bet365 and they also had it at +105. That’s over 300 point swing oddswise. Clearly an error.

Vojtech, Jiri won the first set and now he was -182 to win the match. If the -222 was really a true number, he would have now been -400+!

Anyways, after the 2nd set, they were tied and odds were now +125 on bet365 and +110 on stake respectively.

I have bet thousands of table tennis matches, I can confidently say that this was a clear line error (pre match)

I had been informing support of the issue throughout the match and instead of investigating, they just block me and tell me “oh odds were right” really? Did the other play take steroids before the first point to make him swing over 300 points? From -222 to +105?

Someone please tell me I am wrong here.

Oh and yes, I’m a 💎 3 player on stake but this one is bad.

Looks like only when there is a challenge to handle a situation, that is When a new bie gets onboard here. Anyways welcome to the bitcointalk platform. Be rest assured that your complaint would be looked into and do not pannic as I believe their representative would respond to you. It is very disappointing when yo out find out that you have been banned, blocked or suspended from a platform for which you have been a member for a long time being. It is very bad that they failed to put this in cognizance while looking into your complaint and observation. Even if the errors are from them, there is always a way to solve a problem without taking such drastic measures on you. It is so so dissatisfying to hear and see such happen. They failed to know that the customer care service is the major pillar of every organization and if they fail to put up to standard and start neglecting their customers, there is every possibility that the customer may leave their services and not only that if the customer has more followership, they would all leave as well which means a loss to the organization.

I think it is high time casinos customer care service be looked into as most of the complaint coming in do not portray them in good fate.

Supposedly if someone creates a thread on this forum with the intention or purpose of informing an accusation of what he has experienced, he must provide clear and detailed evidence of the incident.
At least he attached a screenshot of what actually happened so we can help and truly believe the allegations.
Do not allow threads with unclear accusations to be allowed because it can damage the reputation of one of the gambling platforms that he has accused.
because basically the casino he means is a casino with a good reputation and has a lot of trust from all users in it, so it is very unlikely that the casino will make a mistake that makes its customers disappointed.

This kind of odd placement usually change from pre match to the start of the match even if there’s still nothing happened on the match because bookmaker double check the odds real time based on the player conditions and other factor that affects the game results. This is not a big deal because bookmaker is really making an error on odds placement. It’s probably an error if there’s no news about the players change in condition at that time. Maybe check the news for that specific player before the match happened to verify this question of yours.

Your -/+ odds is a bit odd. It looks like you are using an american version of Stake sportsbook.

I don't bet on tennis table because the vigorish taken by the bookmakers is usually high and mostly because players are usually unknown from anyone and can easily rig the game thus. Moreover matches often take place in Russia or central asian countries sadly known for their level of corruption unfortunately. So I'm far from surprised by what you've encountered to be honest. Anyway congratulations for your Diamond III level it's the first time I meet a such high roller. BTW your host can't contact the odds provider, Betradar, to get a clear explanation of what happened?

So I guess OP might not be lying and I even gave him the loan (not for gambling, he convinced me it would be for his vip bonus), so lets see how it goes from here. Lets be hopeful although I dont gamble on stake and dont have much idea about these big bonuses. Maybe I'll try later.

OP, it is actually shocking to hear that "support" handles Diamond III players like this. You have done way more than any average player to collect data on the problem, so they should actually be grateful that you did most of the leg work to show the problem.

I also think you should fire up a thread on the Stake community forum about this and hope that it is not deleted by the mods there. (Some of them can be difficult, if you give some attitude or negativity in your posts)

Hopefully this will get picked up by someone with the correct knowledge to assist you, but I do not know if the support guys actually have contact with the developer of the Sport book or the bookmakers.

A diamond 4 bonus should be huge. Since it basically doubles for every level it should be around 100000$ for diamond 4 actually. Platinum 4 gave me 1600$, you can calculate up from there.

Where my doubts are, wager requirement for diamond 4 are $250,000,000 . So unless he has 99.99$ of the next level (where he still has to wager 15000$ to get these 0.01%) I have serious doubt he can do any meaningful wagering with a small loan like yours.

I don't think that this should somehow affect the situation with the OP that he described in detail and documented, because we are talking about a specific case that arose with a player, in whose place anyone can be, indeed he should re-contact stake support.
