you have to get your unique URL saved somewhere in your computer so you can use your account once again. i doubt there is a log in feature on their site

Since you change password for the account I'd guess there will be an option to login... (if there's not that's kinda bad design and i'd suggest adding this).
If i am wrong can you tell me how to recover access to my account?

you can't recover account i think, since there's no username/password database. as long as you have the secret url bookmarked you can access your account.

2) do i get paid a 10% fee of the commision or 10% of their winnings? (both are stated on their website so i don't know which one is right)
