How will you use IPO BTC?
No matter how much investment, I will complete projects.
But:
If within 3BTC, I will try to contact a large exchange, other expenses will be paid servers.
If within 5BTC, I will spend 3BTC let BITTREX join us. I have contacted them
If 10BTC above, the project will have a big progress. My friends need rewards to join my secret project

Since the dev isnt communicating with me anymore... He asked me to be the escrow for this project. I agreed but informed him that i would want to have a copy of his ID. As a precaution that is usually done to protect investors. The ID only would be seen by me and only details given out in the case that it turns out to be a scam and someone wants to sue him. I asked back about it but no answer.

Im not sure what that means but since i had the same experience with NOSTRUM some days ago, with even 3 times asking back, i would like to state this here. Maybe theres an easy explaination, but i cant say something about it since dev isnt communicating with me anymore while still writing in the thread.

So in case you want to invest it might be a good idea to wait for an explaination from dev.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

As we all know, the Internet is very insecure. I demand escrow, but I do not want someone to take my ID to do some bad things. This is what I consider.
I do not deny your service, but I do not agree your requirements:my ID.
