I am looking to start a donation project for Pakistan Flood victims and Displaced people due to war. Any guidance will be great. And looking at doge as an option.

Yeah, you should start by getting yourself registered with a proper charity number, otherwise just asking for donations on here is going to make you look like a scammer. If you're serious about this do it the proper way.

Thats what I wanna do. As I mentioned I am new to all this I havent asked for anything yet. How do I go about getting myself registered. I am not an organization just looking to help out in the community anyway I can. If you can give me advise I would love to go down that route.

Depends what country you're in. Googling 'how to register a charity' would be a good start. I'd also look into using a payment processor so that any money sent to you gets automatically transferred to fiat and passed on to the charity so there's no middleman then and people will not be suspicious of you trying to scam them.

Fonzie I am sorry you feel that way if you are in Pakistan you are more then welcome to meet me and you can get information on me. This way you can be your own judge. I am not looking to start my own charity but I would love to even help out any existing charity that is willing to go down this path. I have emailed a few of the Registered charity people in Pakistan explaining them on how how this entire system works so they can accept this instead of me but all has fallen on def ears. Not many people are aware of crypto currencies in my country.

I think it's more like no-one is interested in crypto currencies period, only those with time to spend on their machines.. bitcoin cant help those in the flood, since it cant be handed over for food, get it? You got more chance of trading your iphone for a flying carpet, than bitcoin will be of assistance.. then there is of course, the transaction fee's.. ouch..

I am not sure what you meant. But I found a reddit group doing the same for Victims in India & Pakistan flood victims in Kashmir so I think that is done we dont need more then one charity...

There's a surprisingly high level of adoption in Pakistan. Not like 10% of citizens use, but I've met and/or worked with enough BTC users from Pakistan to know it's not a minuscule number.

Wasent aware of that. If you can please link them to bitcoinpk website it will be great. Maybe we can get together as I am trying to work with bitcoinpk to create awareness.
